I want someone tellme how to make Custom battles in RPG Maker XP,please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. May 19, 2008 at 10:50 am

What do you mean by ‘Custom Battles”? If you mean real time battle system( ones played out on the map) they are pretty complicated and you need to have an extended knowledge of RGSS scripting. If you mean edits of the default battle system (such as a side view battle system), they are less complicated but still need a knowlege of RGSS scripting.

Hey I am getting started to make my game, but 1st I am need for a script that mimics the battle system that Rpg maker 2k3 had. I loved it, there is no other RPG Maker battle system like it. In fact, if I can find such script, I will not have to use that dreadful RM 2ks mapping system. So help a brother out :) Much thanx in advance.
